Admission/Enrollment Process Timeline 2025-2026

December 30, 2024	Deadline for incoming transfers for all students for the 2024-2025 school year. Wait lists for all grades expire for the 2024-2025 school year.
January 2, 2025	Application for admission of new students for the 2025-2026 school year begins. Online application becomes available.
February 6, 2025	Initial application for admission of new students process ends. All completed online registrations due by Noon in order to be included in the lottery. Applications received after the Noon deadline will be placed at the bottom of the waitlist.
March 6, 2025	Public lottery to be held beginning at 4:00 p.m. in school dining hall.
March 10, 2025	Acceptance emails and online enrollment information will be sent via email this week. Paper acceptance letters and additional directions will be sent via USPS this week.
March 31, 2025	Online enrollment paperwork due date.
April 11, 2025	Mandatory workshop for new Kindergarten students and parents – by appointment.
April 12, 2025	Mandatory workshop for new Kindergarten students and parents – by appointment.
April 25, 2025	Corrections and omissions to enrollment information due to school office by 3:00 p.m.
June 30, 2025	Mandatory immunization records due to school office by 3:00 p.m.
September 30, 2025	Application window ends for the 2025-2026 school year.

NOTES:

Applications for Admission received after February 6, 2025 at Noon will be added to the bottom of each grade’s wait list, based on the date and time received.

Parents and students will only attend one mandatory workshop. Appointment times will be identified in the mailing received the week of March 10, 2025. As per the Admission Policy, appointments cannot be changed.

Bear Creek Community Charter School anticipates enrolling approximately 75 new students in kindergarten for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. This is subject to change.

The majority of the enrollment process will be administered online, utilizing Parent Portal.
