Bear Creek Community Charter School accepts applications for employment on a continual basis, and will consider these applications when vacancies arise. Applications will be maintained for a period of one year. All employment with Bear Creek Community Charter School is considered "at will", which means either the employee or employer may terminate this employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or prior notice.
Bear Creek Community Charter School requires all successful applicants to obtain an FBI Criminal Background Report, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Report and a Child Abuse Clearance Report from the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, with results acceptable to the School, prior to beginning employment.
